Tune-In: Instructions

May also be done while sitting in a chair with straight spine
Benefits: This instructional video explains how
to chant the "Adi Mantra". Before
you begin an exercise, it is strongly recommended that you chant this mantra
three times. It will set the proper vibration, turn your computer area
into a "sacred space" and get you prepared mentally for the exercise
ahead. Over time, you will notice that by chanting this sound, your mind
will be clear of all the noise and you can focus on your practice.
